Wow, what a day!
We had a superb Faith al Fresco again this year.
Thank you to everyone who supported us and worked so hard today.
We munched our way through 88 bacon rolls, a mountain of cakes and gallons of tea, coffee, and squash.
The money raised for the Meon Valley Baby Bank was £191.
A special thanks to Niki, Nicky and Martin for their presentations, to Tom and Peter for lugging all the gear around in their trucks, to Derek for the electrical supply, to David, Roy and Roger for assembling the gazebos, to Margaret, Kathy and Celia for their crafty work with the children, to Ena, Sue, Audrey, Val, Sally, Jean, Phil and Jenny for serving up the food and drinks, to Liz Hague for a very creative display on our theme of ‘What is Love?’ and to Liz Webb for representing the Meon Valley Baby Bank .
Finally, a personal thank you to Tony, without whom there wouldn’t have been a constant supply of bacon for the hungry hoards.
